HKWSA－All Guangdong Water Ski & Wakeboard Tournament

Dear Members & Friends,
 
HKWSA has been invited to send a team of skiers and riders to the All
Guangdong Games water ski and wakeboard tournament to be held in Zhaoqing
on June 16-17, 2007. The event categories available are:
 
o Men's & Women's Slalom, Shortboard (Trick), Jump (Open category only)
o Men's & Women's Wakeboard (Open, Advanced, Intermediate categories)
 
Besides the official HKWSA team, other interested skiers and riders from HK
are also welcomed to enter the event as individuals. All entries from Hong
Kong shall go through the HKWSA for consolidation. If you are interested,
please send your name (English & Chinese), telephone contact and event
category you want to enter to Clement Yeung at yeungclement@yahoo.com
before May 31. The total number of entries from HK is currently limited
to 30 only.
 
For your reference, Zhaoqing is about 3.5 hours by bus from Shenzhen. The
bus　fare is about RMB100 one way. The event organizer is providing room
and board to the competitors at the Guangdong Rowing School Hostel at a
discount rate of RMB120 per person per day on a twin room sharing basis.
