Waterski & Wakeboard for the 2012 & 2014 Asian Beach Games

Dear Members & Friends,

Further to the inclusion of our sport in the 2nd Asian Beach Games in Muscat/Oman in 2010, at the Annual General Meeting of the Olympic Council of Asia, Mr Yu Zaiqing, Vice-President of the Chinese Olympic Committee and Vice-President of the OCA announced that Waterskiing and Wakeboarding has been added as an official sports to the 3rd Asian Beach Games in Haiyang/China. The Games will take place from 16th -22nd June 2012.

It has also been confirmed that Waterski and Wakeboard will be an official sports in the 4th Asian Beach Games in Phuket/Thailand in 2014.
