IWWF Coaching and 3-event judging course questionnaire

Dear Members & Friends,

The Hong Kong Water Ski Association is willing to host the IWWF & IWWF Asia Coaching and 3-event Ski Judging Courses over a two or three-day period 18-20th December 2015.

The coaching course covers both waterskiing and wakeboarding. Since federations tend to have their own requirements in qualifying their coaches, no formal qualification is granted after attending the course, however, participants may receive a a certificate of attendance. The seminar targets all tournament (waterski) and wakeboard coaches, trainers and more generally people involved in tournament waterskiing and wakeboarding wishing to improve their knowledge. Cable ski coaches and trainers are welcome as there is a good crossover of skills and techniques. This course is geared towards beginner and intermediate coaching up to an early international level. The class will be run in English.

The course would be run by Jean-Michel CAU, IWWF Coaching & Development Committee Chairman.

With regards to the 3-event judging course, slalom, tricks and jump, examinations can be conducted and depending on the participant’s level of competence various categories of judging levels can be assigned.
